Description
Designed to secure the entrance while preserving the view from the street, this ATHOS composite swing gate combines composite slats with a rigid aluminum frame. The choice of composite allows for a teak-like appearance, with warm wood tones, without the usual drawbacks of real wood. The powder-coated structure, Qualicoat certified, provides lasting protection against corrosion and weathering.
Unlike natural wood, composite requires no regular maintenance to stay in good condition. It is highly resistant to moisture and maintains a consistent color over time. The aluminum frame provides the necessary rigidity to limit gate movement and ensure reliable closure. The result is a dependable barrier, suitable for frequent use.

The composite swing gate is appealing first and foremost for its wood-effect finish, which is warmer than a uniform metal infill. The composite material replicates the nuances and texture of wood while remaining more resistant to moisture. It won't rot, crack, or require seasonal protection. Combined with a powder-coated aluminum frame, it forms a rigid, durable enclosure well-suited to continuous outdoor exposure.
Cleaning the wood-effect gate is quick and easy: a non-abrasive sponge, water, and a little pH-neutral soap are all you need. Rinsing prevents deposits from forming on the slats and the powder-coated aluminum. There's no need to apply a surface protector, stain, or water-repellent treatment. After heavy rain or pollen, a quick rinse prevents deposits from building up.
